RETURNS

 

Faulty Orders

Due to items we make being personalised, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

The only exception is if there is an error on our part such as a spelling mistake or a fault with the item. Should this be the case, we will replace the item for you.

We cannot remake or refund without receipt of the original item.

You can arrange a returns via the ‘contact us’ tab within 7 business days of receiving your item. The item must then be returned in 7 working days of contact.

All jewellery is custom made by hand for you, therefor there are no refunds or exchanges given for change of mind.

Please check all details and spelling before placing your order. We reserve the right to judge our own quality and we do our absolute best to send out to you the highest quality pieces.
FTTJ will not be held responsible for the following -
If a product has been modified, changed or repaired by someone other than FTTJ
Any faults or defects from wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning.
Any defects resulting from neglect, accidental damage or misuse or deliberate damage.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations

Please note any damage deemed deliberate will result in a return being void.

 

Repairs

 

If an item is damaged due material defects or production faults you may return your item for repair free of charge up to 3 months after purchase this may be extended at our discretion

 

Any items returned for repair damaged by yourself will be chargeable

 

For your own security, we would like to point out that defective jewellery should be returned to us by registered mail or as a parcel with return receipt. We are unable to assume liability for damage, loss or theft during transport.

If you are sending hair to see what can be made from it Please note there will be a postage charge if hair is sent then no order made to cover packing costs.


Personalised terms other:
All orders must  be completed within 16 months of purchase. Due to the changes in costs and prices as a business. if you do not complete your order within this time frame a credit note will be supplied at our discretion.
 

 

 

Light coloured hair/fur

 

Please note there can be issues with light coloured hair and fur in resin products. Please make sure sufficient amounts are sent to provide the best outcome.
Customers are made aware on this website that white/light coloured fur sometimes will go transparent in resin items.

Due to their personalised nature these items are not refundable should this happen and FTTJ does its best to make sure this is known to customers.  

 

 

 

 

Personalisation choices

 

All FTTJ products are personalised unless otherwise stated. You may choose colours, text , flowers & glitter to suit on the website, please put additional instructions in the message to seller option.

 

Any details differing on the order form will be over ridden by whats been ordered, so if you do wish to change your mind on this, you must contact FTTJ as soon as possible in writing with the changes required.

 

If you do not include your choices with your hair, fur, feather, ashes then FTTJ will choose a suitable option for you.

 

Products will not be remade or replaced if you are unhappy with the colour or text unless an error was made by FTTJ

with regards to your specifications on your form.

 

Social Media

Please note all products and orders when completed have photographs taken which are placed in social media albums or accounts of FTTJ to showcase our products, If the item is a gift then please make sure you note down on the order form if you do not want it shown.

 

 

Cancellation of orders

Due to the personalised nature of all our products please be aware of the following when ordering:

 

If you wish to cancel up to 14 days after the purchase date of a personalised item, and it has not been started,

then a full refund will be given.

 

After 14 days if the product has not been started a refund minus 30% will be given to cover disposal costs of personalised non resaleable stock which will have been purchased for your bespoke product. Credit notes are available.

 

If your item has been started or completed but not posted out then no refunds will be give.

 

This does not apply to stock silver products the usual retail distance selling regulations apply.
 

 

Please note if you send hair and do not order, hair, ashes, fur will be discarded after 6 months if not correspondence is met and no order placed or request for it to be returned and pay for its return.
